Stuffed salmon with goat’s cheese, caramalised onion, prosciutto served with basil pesto sauce, beans and potato mash
Crusted barramundi served with seasonal roast vegetables, buttered scallops and lemon butter sauce
Butter chicken with saffron rice and roti bread
Homemade parma with cajun potatoes and salad
Pumpkin and Pesto Risotto: Creamy risotto with spinach, mixed nuts and goat’s cheese

Sticky date pudding with butterscotch sauce and vanilla ice cream
Housemade Baileys creme brulee topped with caramelised sugar
Spanish churros coated in cinnamon sugar and served with warm chocolate dipping sauce and vanilla icecream
